If you've been with Vita Nova for long enough,you may have noticed that our entire storefront has changed and our design is significantly different than the original you may be familiar with.
This is because we recently switched our platform over to Shopify, the most popular e-commerce provider on the market right now. We did this because certain limitations on our previous platform required a change in capabilities (such as the addition of Sezzle, a new payment gateway and a customer favorite!) It also opened up the doors for tons of new additions, improved reliability, better service, and unique interactions with customers.
Having a problem with the new site? We've recently added a live chat feature that will connect you with our webmaster to answer any questions you may have.
Our app is now available for download, which means you can get it on your mobile device today! Android users will want to download it from the Play Store, while iOS users will want to get it from the App Store.
Still have the old app on your phone? As it won't work with our store anymore, you are free to uninstall it and install the new app instead.

If you created an account on our old site and are now having trouble logging in, don't worry! Because of our new database, old accounts may not be fully activated. Try creating a new account with the same login details as before (same email & password), then attempt another login. Your information should be accessible once again, including your past orders, loyalty points, saved shipping address, and other relevant information.
If you still cannot access your account after creating a new one, feel free to request technical support with our live chat system or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you're having trouble accessing your loyalty rewards/points, ensure the following requirements are met:
- You are signed in to your customer account (you can login here),
- You are not using the mobile app (the rewards program info will not appear in the mobile app),
- The pink gift button is visible on the bottom-left (for mobile devices), or the "Rewards" banner is visible on the middle-right of the screen (for desktops).
If for any reason you have met all of these requirements and still cannot access your loyalty rewards/points, please contact us via our live chat service or by email at email@example.com.
If you were redirected from a link located on a site other than ours (Facebook, Instagram, email, referral, etc), you may have ended up stuck on a "page not found" error message. Because of the significant changes to our systems (including link formatting), many of our old links have not yet been updated and are considered 'dead'.
We're currently working on updating all of our old/dead links and making sure they refer you to exactly the right place! If you can assume where the link was intended to take you, you can use the Search field in the top-left of the site to search for your query (an item, page, information, etc.

We recently added Sezzle™ to our site. Sezzle is a payment gateway that allows you to split your purchase into four installments. You can pay over 6 weeks with the first payment due at the time of purchase. This feature was asked for by many of you, and after evaluating its effect on our services, we found ourselves just as excited for it as you are!

This means that the item you are inspecting is eligible for a payment plan with Sezzle. Just select Sezzle as your payment option at checkout and follow the instruction to setup your payment plan and buy that item instantly!
